Services & Pricing
Premium, transparent, and deliberately scarce.
Two seats per cycle. Live and asynchronous work priced equally, because both draw on the same expertise — and the async work is often where the value is.
| Engagement | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Strategic Diagnostic | Fixed-fee assessment of your profile: competitiveness, risks, school portfolio, and a positioning outline you keep — whether or not we continue together. | $600 flat |
| Core Application Package | One or two priority schools, full stack: strategy, essays, resume, recommendations, and interview preparation. | $12,500–13,750 |
| Multi-School Partnership | The outsourced admissions campaign: three or more schools, every component, full orchestration through decision day. | from $18,000 |
| Hourly Advisory | Targeted help for self-directed applicants and alumni referrals. Live and async billed identically. | $250/hour |
| Test + Admissions Integration | GMAT/GRE strategy woven into school strategy, from a 770 scorer — retake decisions, score positioning, and prep. | $250/hour |
Why equal pricing for async work?
Most consultancies sell you calls. But the decisive work — rewriting a broken essay, reconciling your story across nine documents, briefing a recommender — happens between calls. Pricing it equally keeps the incentives honest: you buy judgment, not meeting minutes.
Start with the diagnostic
Not ready to commit to a full engagement? The Strategic Diagnostic is a complete, standalone product. Many industry packages budget about 25 consultant-hours across three schools; my past full engagements have run 50–96 hours. The diagnostic is how we both find out whether that depth is what you need.
