I'm not a former admissions officer. I'm a product and strategy executive who evaluates narratives, resumes, and people for a living — and who sat in your seat recently enough to remember exactly what it feels like.
The short version
I'm Dimitry Kitaigorodsky. NYU Stern undergrad in finance. A first career in banking technology. A 770 GMAT. An MBA in strategy from UCLA Anderson. Then a decade of product and strategy leadership — global strategy at a Big Four firm, and today, director-level product leadership at a Fortune 500 payments company, where evaluating people, stories, and business cases is the daily job.
Why coaching
Because I've watched capable people undersell themselves in high-stakes evaluations my whole career — and because helping a motivated person build their strongest honest case turns out to be the most satisfying work I do. My first client came through word of mouth; every client since came from that first one. This site exists because two seats deserve more than one referral chain.
